Does Arizona Have an Estate Tax?

For decedent’s dying after 2004, Congress repealed the federal state death tax credit upon which the Arizona estate tax was based. Therefore, Arizona no longer has an estate tax. Arizona also does not have an inheritance tax or a gift tax.
